Lately a biggest gift for me is a spare time, so on my Birthday I had a day off from work and indulged in creating. Here is a result:
My heartfelt thanks to Angela @ TSR for generous permission to convert her lovely objects to Sims 1.
What's included: chair, curtains, lamp, painting, rug, table, sideboard and vase.
Not included: plants (from the game), floor by Nyx, wall by NanaWildflowers, window by Gookabee (closed).

My first take on Midcentury Modern
This is what the request of single sofa turned into, lol... Two sets of 8 objects each. The first one "Sage-brush, honey & lime" is a gift for Watersim @ YMD (Look under Sims > Objects > More Objects and in her YG). And here is a second color option set:
Be careful with floor lamp and chair placement – both are oversized, so they bleed through walls.

Study in cool tones
Another part of "Shabby Office" series. This time I converted almost whole Jope's Office 6 from Simply Styling. I skipped some bits and pieces (books and mags) and will release them soon as separate update.
What's here worth mentioning: book (readable, can be placed anywhere and you can place stuff on it, just be careful – it's a bit wonky and not everything will look good); sideboard (a normal bookcase with 2 slots for decorating); fireplace is a floor lamp actually (it have off/on states, but not animated); candles are not animated as well, they go on every surface and floor.

B.aby A.ngel L.ove M.usic
Oops, I did it again... A modern bedroom, I mean :-D
Actually on this particular one I was working since 2011. Some pieces of the set were released separately back then (a bag, end table, mannequin and wall stencil). Last year or so I was slowly working on its furniture part and finally – my work is done!
Bed is deco-only once again (yes, after all these years I still can't make proper beds, lol!). A big dresser and bean bag chair are deco too. But... Your Sims will find a lot to do with this set anyway. Books are readable, room divider is a dresser actually, bottle with sunglasses – a mood-booster, mirror and TV are usable too, as well as lamp, loveseat and a table with letters. A special thing is a breakfast tray, which was gracefully hacked by Raeven from SSoW. Sims can sit around it on the floor and not just have fun and socialize, but also satisfy their hunger to some extent.

Modern Collection #3
Here is a new part of Modern Collection series. Once again in black, red and white:
Bed is semi-functional - usable, but not animated and sleeping Sims aren't visible. Not rug-based this time, because it was made ages ago - before I learned how to make rug-based beds (actually it is my very first finished bed). This is not a direct conversion of well known TS2 bed - I was able to find very similar free 3D-model and slightly edited it to resemble original as much as possible. A TS1 base is by Linda Celis @ Natural Elements, used with her permission. A thingy, which looks as electronic alarm clock, is a radio, it goes everywhere from floor to shelves and have all radio-stations included. Ceiling lamp is based on SSoW's Anywhere lamp, so it doesn't need floor support. An elephant is not just deco - it's a table. It is slightly oversized and bleeds a bit on some rotations.
Floor, used on a preview pic is by Nyx, wall - from my previous update.

A cool breeze from North
Add to your dictionary a new term – nordic chic! Also it is often called scandinavian modern and even though it isn't actually so new – still very trendy. It uses a lot of fair woods and raw natural materials, muted tones, graphical prints, industrial fixtures, mid-century design icons and ethnic finds from all over the world. Throw here a couple of vintage furniture pieces along with some IKEA accents from their latest catalog and that will be it! Simple, clean, somewhat minimalistic, highly functional, clever and slightly ironic. The best background for nordic style rooms are pure white or grey painted walls and light wood floors everywhere except the bathroom, though raw concrete also goes well with it.
A framed star actually is a lamp. Take a look in game, how nice it glows in the dark! I've mistakenly labeled it as a floor lamp, but it can be placed on surfaces as well. Faux fireplace is... a table, lol! You can place up to 4 items on it. Light bulb, as it's based on SSoW's Anywhere lamp, doesn't need floor support. Chair is a normal chair and table is a table (dining, desk, sideboard, whatever). Other items are purely decorative.
I'm in love with this style and will bore you endlessly. You've been warned! ;)

Double shot
I was planning to hold an Advent Calendar this year, but RL got in the way - my daughter and me were sick for almost whole last month. But here is at least something and probably will be more before New Year (no promises though):

Color splash
Let's add some color into your Sims' homes with new finds from flea market ;)
The dresser is a new base, made from Turbo's 1-tiled dresser. Now it's 2-tiled and have slots for decorating (5 for each tile). TV is functional, though, as most of my TVs, it have only 4 basic channels. Candles are deco-only.

Apogee of flexibility
First of all I need to apologize for such a delay with Togo seatings recolors, guys. I'm still working on them, but so far I made only three of supposed nine sets in a whole. And my newest project, which I presenting today, interrupted the recoloring process for a while. I'll be back to it as soon as possible.
And now... Ta-da! Olena's Clutter Factory proudly presents the Magic Cubes of Flexibility! LOL!
These are conversions of famous Sims 2 cubes by KarasKaras and thanks to generous policy of original author, now are made for Sims 1. Also my heartfelt thanks to Yamirose @ Mirrored Sims, whose recently created stackable file cabinets greatly inspired me and become a base for initial object of this set. Hers are based on Aponee's Cube set, which is in turn based on Turbo's endlessly stackable end tables.
I added two more colors to original five (white is especially for you, Mike! LOL!) and also some more functionality and flexibility. Please, carefully read below!

Looks not very impressive, yes? You would think - yet another set of plain stackables... Surprise!
Inside the downloaded archive you will find 35 object files. What exactly are they?
1) Files named "shelf" and "drawer" are endlessly stackable end tables, slightly edited. Each shelf have two slots for object placement - top and bottom. You can move objects between these slots with "/" key. Unfortunately not all objects can be placed on a bottom slot - some are just not fit by size and will bleed through, some are not allowed to be placed on this height. Most Maxis lamps, small plants, little deco pieces such as souvenirs, candles and awards will work. Also a lot of my objects - books, iPods, clutter will work as well. Drawers are 1 slot only - on their top, which is logical, I think. Both are not constantly buyable, like original was. You have to place each one separately or press "Shift", while object is selected, to build high stacks.
They will look great as dividers in lofty rooms, but do not stack more than 3 near the wall - it will not look good. They can be placed over each other in any order and still have full functionality of the surface. Turbo's invisible tables will make them look like hanging on the wall.
All other items of the set look like the drawers, but have different functionality.
2) Files named "bookcase" - besides being a normal bookcase, they can be placed almost anywhere - on the floor, on shelves and drawers, on endtables and on each other as well. And most important - they can hold other pieces of the set and any object you place on them. Though Sims themselves can't place anything on them. But if you place, for example, a boombox on top of bookcase they still can use both.
3) Files named "dresser" - they're dressers and surfaces at the same time. All said above about bookcases, applies to dressers as well. Except, that the Sims can place stuff on them - but be careful - some things, bills for example, may disappear.
4) Files named "toybox" - they are toyboxes/surfaces. Technically they're still 2-tile objects, so you can't place them anywhere besides the floor. But good news - you can place everything on their top. Sims will not use them as surfaces voluntarily.
And finally! -
If you'll have any further questions or problems - don't hesitate to let me know here or Sims 1 forums.

Raw concrete, Louis ghost and French lily
Strangely, these assorted items made a good match:
The table is made from my own 3D-model and SpaceCadet's new base (4x2 dining table). It's my first big object, so Zs are far from perfect - it serves good as a surface, but bleeds through walls.
