Sugar overdose

These things are too sweet to resist, aren't they? :-P

So, what do we have here?
First and foremost - functional phone! Needs "Hot Date" EP. Unpack object and skin files to any sub-folder in your Downloads.
Also functional iPod in a dock - as usual goes anywhere from floor to shelves and have all music stations included, so may require House Party & Vacation EPs.
All the rest - baskets, hair dryer and pinboard are just deco.

Bags collection #5

Sorry, guys, for not updating in almost a year, but RL keeps me busy and away from Sims most of the time.
But it is a summer... And summers are for fun, aren't they? So, I allowed myself recently to dedicate some time for simming. And finally have an update! It's small, but I hope you'll like it:
Just an overnight bag in 8 colors. Not deco-only this time - it is a fully-functional dresser, which can be placed anywhere. It's a conversion from TS4 object by Leo Sims.

B.aby A.ngel L.ove M.usic

Oops, I did it again... A modern bedroom, I mean :-D

Actually on this particular one I was working since 2011. Some pieces of the set were released separately back then (a bag, end table, mannequin and wall stencil). Last year or so I was slowly working on its furniture part and finally – my work is done!

Bed is deco-only once again (yes, after all these years I still can't make proper beds, lol!). A big dresser and bean bag chair are deco too. But... Your Sims will find a lot to do with this set anyway. Books are readable, room divider is a dresser actually, bottle with sunglasses – a mood-booster, mirror and TV are usable too, as well as lamp, loveseat and a table with letters. A special thing is a breakfast tray, which was gracefully hacked by Raeven from SSoW. Sims can sit around it on the floor and not just have fun and socialize, but also satisfy their hunger to some extent.

Color splash

Let's add some color into your Sims' homes with new finds from flea market ;)
The dresser is a new base, made from Turbo's 1-tiled dresser. Now it's 2-tiled and have slots for decorating (5 for each tile). TV is functional, though, as most of my TVs, it have only 4 basic channels. Candles are deco-only.

Keep calm and call Sherlock

A special edition of Brit Madness, dedicated to one of the best ever TV-series - "Sherlock" (BBC). Here you have some significant items from sitting room on Baker Street 221b. Will be continued someday...

The fireplace is... a normal working fireplace, though the fire isn't animated. And you can place up to 4 objects on its mantle.

Attention! I'm pretty aware of the fact, that these objects are _not_ an exact replicas of what can be seen in the show. So any comments on this matter will be not very welcomed. I did my best to recreate them for The Sims as close as my abilities allow and it took me 2,5 years to complete.

I would be happy to give a proper credits to the author (or authors) of fireplace and skull 3D-models, but as I've started this set so long ago, now I can't find any heads and tails. So if you know, who's made them or they're yours - please, let me know.

Apogee of flexibility

First of all I need to apologize for such a delay with Togo seatings recolors, guys. I'm still working on them, but so far I made only three of supposed nine sets in a whole. And my newest project, which I presenting today, interrupted the recoloring process for a while. I'll be back to it as soon as possible.

And now... Ta-da! Olena's Clutter Factory proudly presents the Magic Cubes of Flexibility! LOL!

These are conversions of famous Sims 2 cubes by KarasKaras and thanks to generous policy of original author, now are made for Sims 1. Also my heartfelt thanks to Yamirose @ Mirrored Sims, whose recently created stackable file cabinets greatly inspired me and become a base for initial object of this set. Hers are based on Aponee's Cube set, which is in turn based on Turbo's endlessly stackable end tables.

I added two more colors to original five (white is especially for you, Mike! LOL!) and also some more functionality  and flexibility. Please, carefully read below!

Looks not very impressive, yes? You would think - yet another set of plain stackables... Surprise!
Inside the downloaded archive you will find 35 object files. What exactly are they?

1) Files named "shelf" and "drawer" are endlessly stackable end tables, slightly edited. Each shelf have two slots for object placement - top and bottom. You can move objects between these slots with "/" key. Unfortunately not all objects can be placed on a bottom slot - some are just not fit by size and will bleed through, some are not allowed to be placed on this height. Most Maxis lamps, small plants, little deco pieces such as souvenirs, candles and awards will work. Also a lot of my objects - books, iPods, clutter will work as well. Drawers are 1 slot only - on their top, which is logical, I think. Both are not constantly buyable, like original was. You have to place each one separately or press "Shift", while object is selected, to build high stacks.

They will look great as dividers in lofty rooms, but do not stack more than 3 near the wall - it will not look good. They can be placed over each other in any order and still have full functionality of the surface. Turbo's invisible tables will make them look like hanging on the wall.

All other items of the set look like the drawers, but have different functionality.

2) Files named "bookcase" - besides being a normal bookcase, they can be placed almost anywhere - on the floor, on shelves and drawers, on endtables and on each other as well. And most important - they can hold other pieces of the set and any object you place on them. Though Sims themselves can't place anything on them. But if you place, for example, a boombox on top of bookcase they still can use both.

3) Files named "dresser" - they're dressers and surfaces at the same time. All said above about bookcases, applies to dressers as well. Except, that the Sims can place stuff on them - but be careful - some things, bills for example, may disappear.

4) Files named "toybox" - they are toyboxes/surfaces. Technically they're still 2-tile objects, so you can't place them anywhere besides the floor. But good news - you can place everything on their top. Sims will not use them as surfaces voluntarily.

And finally! -
If you'll have any further questions or problems - don't hesitate to let me know here or Sims 1 forums.

Iconic seatings

Designed about 30 years ago by Michel Ducaroy famous Togo collection now available also in Sims 1. Some items were already simmified by Savage Sims and also my friend Martha presented me a wonderful loveseat, but now here is almost full collection (except sofa with arms) in one of the classic color options:

I would like to ask creators to refrain from recoloring it for a while – I'm planning to make few more colors. And as soon as they'll be released, please, feel free to recolor then. Thank you!

And no - Sims actually can't watch the TV, while sitting in the lounge... But it's usable anyway! :-D

Butterfly of approaching spring

Guys, I have an exciting news for you - the spring is coming soon! ;-D I hope you enjoy this simple and obvious fact and a big bunch of new finds from yard sales and flea markets:
The bed and mirror are deco-only. Record player and commode are functional stereo and dresser/surface.

My first kitchen conversion!

Happy and proud to introduce my first ever accomplished kitchen conversion. I tried to make a kitchen many times, but all my attempts had no success so far. With this one I'm pretty satisfied, though it's not a pure perfection and I hope you'll forgive for the first time, that counters are not seamless and don't make corners (they are still tricky for me).

Some sidenotes: Each counter have 5 slots for placing objects. Big appliances are semi-working - functional, but not animated. The bar chair actually is a surface (end table). Air pump does nothing - just beautifully hangs in the air (no wall support needed). In original set was another stove top, which wasn't convertable without quality loss, so I had to make my own, and I think it matches the set just fine. The same about painting - the walls felt empty without it :-D

Yummy Tea

Here you have some tea sets in yummy colors:
They are mood-boosters, based on a tea set from Makin' Magic EP. So, MM is required.

Long story of one bathroom

Long time ago wonderful TS1 creator Agro has made a conversion of "Lumeo Bathroom" by Murano. But, he didn't converted the whole set and for many years I desperately wanted the rest of items. I'd even say, that because of this I started to create TS1 objects at all. When a couple years ago I asked Murano for permission to convert his luxurious objects, I overestimated my creating skills and only now feel ready (somewhat) to finish the complete set:

Conversion of this set wouldn't be possible without good bases by our wonderful The Sims 1 community creators: Sandy (ATS), B.B.B.(Stone Age Sims), Poetica (Poetica Place YGs), Turbo and at last, but NOT LEAST! - multi-talented Space Cadet, who created on my request a base for 2-tiled functional shower! Thank you all very much!

So, you have here:
2-tiled functional mirror (base - Stone Age Sims, made backless);
2-tiled functional shower (base - SpaceCadet). Sorry, guys, the Zs are wrong, when shower is in use (but at least it doesn't bleed through walls! LOL!) and animations aren't customized to its actual design, but I did my best onto this moment;
five deco wall-hangings - towels and toilet paper (base is a combo of ATS & Poetica's paintings, made by me - now they can share the same tile of the wall with other objects and still require wall support);
two paintings (base - Maxis);
two one tiled dressers (base - Turbo, modified - Sims can dress into PJs from them);
two walls - actually there were three in the set, but I wasn't able to convert 3rd wall without the quality loss;
set of 4 composite cork floors.

This set was made as a Birthday gift to my dear friend MichaeL. He asked me to host it here, so other Simmers may enjoy it too. Thank you, Mike! :-*

Suza's baby clutter conversion

Here you have some TS1 conversions of baby deco by Suza @ Simply Styling:

Teddy bear, hamper and book box are functional. Bear is a dollhouse, but for decorating purpose it can be placed on any surface. Hamper is cloned from Turbo's one-tiled dresser and slightly modified by me - it allows change clothes only to PJs. And book box is cloned ATS book stack, which can by placed anywhere from floor to shelves.

iPod craziness

I wasn't able to make a choice between two versions, so you have both... :-D
They are slightly modified ATS stereos (go anywhere from floor to shelves and have all radio stations included).

Flea Market Finds # 4

Latest finds from flea market again ;)

Fridge and TV are semi-working i.e. - usable, but not animated. Sideboard is based on Turbo's desker - can be used as surface and dresser. It was modified by me, due non-standard height of converted item -  now it requires at least Vacation Island EP (or higher) and Sims cannot eat or place objects on it.

Set of colorful lamps

My favorite lamp from The Sims 2 (IKEA Home Stuff SP) is available now for The Sims 1 too... :-D

London Taxi and Bus

I'm very happy and proud to share with you a wonderful gift by my friend SpaceCadet. I wanted both these vehicles for a very long time and she's generously made them for me.
Thank you, dear, for making one more of my sims-dreams complete!
Taxi is driveable and a bus is deco-only.

Brit Madness # 1

No one is allowed to disturb you, while you are having cup of tea with a Queen. There is only one rule: "Keep calm and fake a British accent"!

Tea set is a mood-booster, which goes anywhere from floor to shelves. Based on Maxis tea set from Makin' Magic EP. Flag and floor sign are slightly oversized, so don't put them into the corners. And a last, but not least - the sideboard is my first ever two-tiled object and it's very far from perfect. Hopefully I'll make something better next time ;)
